The structure is based on 9 mm plywood with a 0.8 mm honeycomb coating, complemented by solid aluminum profiles and butterfly locks for reliable closure. The interior features a foam lining with foam padding blocks, designed to reduce movement and protect equipment during repeated transport.

Stackable ball corners and industrial-quality rubber feet enhance stability and durability, whether on stage, a workstation table, or in a truck. The wheels significantly improve the comfort of moving a full flight case, despite a weight of about 26 kg.
