Waves Space Rider is a creative spatialization plugin designed to transform "normal" tracks into lively and expressive sources. It is suitable for both mixing and production when you want to create moments: a delay throw that pops on a word, a reverb that opens up during a transition, or a chorus that instantly adds width to a synth. Thanks to its workflow-oriented approach, Space Rider allows you to achieve animated and modern effects on vocals, guitars, synths, pianos, FX, drums (notably in parallel), and ambience buses, with minimal manipulation.

Space Rider combines Reverb, Delay, and Chorus in a clear interface, with newly designed algorithms inspired by both vintage and modern processors. The Dynamic Rider: instant automation and natural movements

The core of the plugin is the Rider: a dynamic modulation that you can assign to any parameter to make your effects "breathe." You can morph between effects, create variation, build-ups, surprises, and transitions without drawing automation curves by hand. To go further, the built-in envelope shaper allows the Rider to react to the incoming signal: the effect unfolds according to the track's energy, resulting in organic and very quick-to-set-up outcomes.

Internal routing: no more buses and headaches

Space Rider simplifies the usual studio routing: a simple setting lets you send the Chorus to the Delay, then the Delay to the Reverb. This way, you get complex spatial chains (for example, a chorus enriching an echo, then a lush reverb tail) without creating auxiliary tracks, without multiplug setups, and without time-consuming send/return configurations.

Fast sound design: filtering, width, and modulation

To sculpt space "on the fly," Space Rider includes tools for filtering, width manipulation, and modulation offsets.
