V-EQ3: Vintage Equalization Focused on Musicality
V-EQ3 captures the spirit of 70s equalizers and preamps associated with the 1066/1073 references, with an approach centered on musicality: body in the low-midrange, pleasant brightness in the high frequencies, and dynamic behavior that makes the source feel like it "locks in" the mix. The goal is not just correction but to shape a timbre with depth while maintaining an organic feel.
It is particularly effective for enhancing vocals, adding weight to a snare, thickening a bass, or bringing substance to guitars and keyboards. The carefully selected EQ curves encourage quick decisions, with a feeling that the settings naturally fall into place.
V-EQ4: The Transition to More Precision

V-Series was also designed for a fast mixing method: insert a module at the end of the chain on each track, reset EQ/comp to zero, then activate analog mode. You can then decide, track by track, whether to activate harmonic distortion to dose the overall project color.
