The Sound

The acoustic foundation of the sound is based on an alder body, appreciated for its balance (present lows, clear mids) and good overall definition. The added flamed maple top provides a livelier response and better articulation, useful for precise lines. The two Double Coil pickups (Alnico V) deliver a solid output level, firm lows, and consistent mids while limiting unwanted noise. The electronics offer Master Volume, Balance control, and Bass, Middle, Treble EQ to quickly adjust your place in the band. The Active/Passive switch allows switching to a more organic approach or, conversely, a more punchy sound, depending on the amp, effects, and style.
