The double tapered bore and the specific interior cut of the core contribute to an excellent response and more immediate sound production, useful for stabilizing attacks and working on dynamics. On the craftsmanship side, the body, footjoint, and keys in silver-plated nickel silver ensure robustness and consistency, while the drawn and rolled tone holes contribute to a broader and brighter sound.

The offset key system provides a natural left-hand position, and the open-hole keys encourage precise finger placement, highly appreciated for developing clean articulation.
