Historical Context and Positioning in the Range

The A Custom series follows the great Zildjian tradition by offering a modern alternative to the immediately recognizable character of the A Zildjian. Designed to preserve the "Avedis" spirit while gaining finesse and definition, this series stands out with a striking brilliant finish and a weight profile ranging from "Thin" to "Medium," aiming to provide an ideal balance between presence, control, and musicality.

Who This Drum/Cymbal Pack Is For

This Zildjian A Custom cymbal pack is intended for intermediate to professional drummers seeking a complete, coherent, and ready-to-play set, equally comfortable in the studio and on stage. Its modern yet restrained sonic signature is particularly suited for pop, rock, funk, fusion, RnB, and variety music, wherever a clear attack, expressive crashes, and a readable ride are expected.

Value for money is killer!
This series is just magnificent. The cymbals are shiny and the sound is perfect. The advantage of the packs is the agreement between the cymbals, nothing to complain about. The 16" crash is sharp, clear and fast. The 18" crash, which is darker, remains superb and allows you to play more “muffled” notes. The wrinkle plays its part at 100%, she doesn't get carried away unless she plays like a bully on it, the bell is easy to reach and comes out perfectly.

And as a pleasant surprise, a Zildjian cymbal bag (backpack) is offered. It was not specified on the site.
