A "DLX" Evolution Designed as a Bass Channel Strip
The TLC Compressor EQ DLX builds on the philosophy of the original TLC Compressor and takes it further with a very "console channel strip" approach: first stabilize the dynamics, then enhance the tone. The addition of an EQ section inspired by classic studio equalizers (and visual monitoring via LEDs) makes it a more versatile version, designed to integrate naturally on a modern pedalboard. For Which Bassists and Use Cases?
This pedal is aimed at bassists who want coherent and musical compression without losing feel. Perfect for funk, pop, rock, metal, gospel, or session work, it excels both at smoothing fingerstyle playing and taming pick or slap transients. Live, it helps the bass stay stable in the mix; in the studio, it facilitates more consistent and "finished" takes right from recording.Technical specifications
