Combined with a Performance II keystroke, I have a round and powerful sound, just enough resonance, all without mute/moongel/muffling of any kind. You tune and it sounds the first time, in a sound that I had never heard from my bass tom. On the other hand, 0 points for the woodbrass package: the skin packaging box was packed in bubble wrap and then in an opaque black plastic film. The set was therefore not rigid. When unpacked, the skin packaging box was pressed in and the skin was scratched all over. Of course it's under the Tom Floor so no one can see but it's annoying anyway at the cost. Rather than having free deliveries at €20, it would be better to take care of the protections...
