A TACTICS Designed to Go Further in the Global Range

Part of the Global series (made in Indonesia), the TACTICS24-FM/RSM marks a milestone in the TACTICS family with the introduction of 24 frets, a choice clearly aimed at guitarists who want to extend their range without changing their familiar setup. The combination of refined aesthetics (flamed maple with a transparent finish) and performance-oriented equipment (stainless steel frets, locking tuners, lubricated nut) makes it a guitar with a particularly attractive value for money, allowing you to step up in quality without compromising ergonomics.

Who Is the Bacchus TACTICS24-FM/RSM For?

This guitar is primarily aimed at intermediate to advanced guitarists seeking a responsive, precise electric guitar comfortable with modern playing styles. The 24 frets facilitate extended solos and high-fretboard runs, while the coil tap allows for a wide range of styles: rock, hard rock, pop, modern funk, fusion, and even heavier genres depending on amplification. Its 25.5" / 648 mm scale length provides familiar string tension for those who appreciate stable tuning and crisp attack, including precise rhythm playing.

Sound and Character: Humbuckers, Coil Tap, and Torrefied Maple

Equipped with Original Humbucker pickups, the TACTICS24-FM/RSM aims for a full sound, with good output level and solid saturation response: present mids to cut through the mix, strong lows, and controlled highs adjustable via the tone control. The 3-position selector switch (neck, combined, bridge) covers the essentials, while the coil tap expands the palette toward clearer, airier textures, useful for defined rhythms or arpeggios.

The torrefied maple neck and fingerboard contribute to a quick response feel and sharp attack, particularly appreciated when seeking precision in fast passages and bends. The jumbo stainless steel frets promote smooth playing with less finger friction and more consistent intonation over time. Finally, the combination of Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut and locking tuners improves tuning stability, a real advantage if you use the Wilkinson vibrato or perform aggressive bends.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

This guitar comes strung with D'Addario 010-046 strings: you can safely choose an electric string set with a 10-46 gauge to maintain the original feel and balance. The guitar is delivered with a gig bag and a wrench, convenient for transport and routine maintenance.
