A Signature Model at the Heart of the Universe Series: The "TAC24" Spirit Revisited

With the TAC24AD-FMH RSM/M, Bacchus incorporates the signature model of Indonesian guitarist Andre Dinuth into the Universe series. The idea is clear: to offer an accessible guitar inspired by an all-terrain musician's specifications, capable of handling varied sessions and styles. Based on the "TAC24" platform of the range, this version adopts the S-S-H pickup layout according to Andre's preferences, with electronics designed to multiply tonal options. The Blue Burst finish on a urethane base completes the package with a modern and stage-ready look, while staying true to Bacchus DNA: efficiency, playability, and versatility.

A Versatile Electric Guitar for Demanding Guitarists (Pop, Rock, Funk, Fusion, Session)

Thanks to its 25.5" / 648 mm scale length, 24 frets, and S-S-H pickup set, this Bacchus naturally targets intermediate to advanced guitarists seeking an instrument capable of covering a wide range. It suits styles requiring both precise cleans (funk, pop, R&B), dynamic crunches (rock, indie), and denser saturations (modern rock, fusion) via the bridge humbucker. The 2-point tremolo and locking tuners enhance the appeal for expressive playing (vibrato, "floating" chords, effects), while the 400 mm / 15.75" radius and jumbo frets facilitate bends, legato, and fast passages, including in the upper register.

Sound: Alnico 5, S-S-H, and Flamed Mahogany Body for a Warmth/Attack Balance

The tonal personality of this model relies on a coherent trio: flamed mahogany body, roasted maple neck and fingerboard, and Alnico 5 pickups. Mahogany generally provides warmth, a rich presence in the low mids, and comfortable sustain, which helps maintain body in saturated tones. Conversely, the roasted maple neck and fingerboard enhance attack and clarity: notes stand out with sharp definition, highly appreciated in enriched chords, arpeggios, and clean playing.

The S-S-H configuration allows multiple roles: the two single coils are suited for clear, snappy, and detailed sounds, perfect for funky rhythms, chicken picking, or pop lines where precision is key. The humbucker provides higher output and density for leads and rock rhythms, with a controlled response thanks to the Alnico 5. The coil tap adds a true "Swiss Army knife" dimension: you can lighten the tone and move towards finer, airier textures, very useful when switching from a clean verse to a more intense chorus without changing instruments. Finally, the 2-point tremolo contributes to a smooth feel and playing comfort, with a more fluid response than a traditional pivot tremolo, while the locking tuners secure tuning during string changes and tremolo use.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

To get the most out of this guitar, you can equip it with 6-string electric guitar strings (naturally compatible with this format), choosing your gauge according to your tuning and touch. A standard strap will also suit standing play. For transport, the instrument comes with a semi-hard case, practical for rehearsals and travel, as well as an included adjustment wrench and tremolo arm.
