HyperDeck Extreme: The HDR-Focused Evolution with Modern Codecs and Faster Offloading
Within the HyperDeck family, this "Extreme 4K HDR" version represents an upgrade designed for demanding shoots and UHD control rooms: introduction of H.265 10-bit encoding, true high-brightness HDR display, and optional NVMe cache integration. While more traditional HyperDeck models focus on recording and playback, this model emphasizes monitoring (LUTs and scopes), reliability during long recordings, and efficiency in storage and transfer.
A Recorder Built for Live Capture, Multicam ISO, and Master Creation
The HyperDeck Extreme 4K HDR targets production and post-production teams needing to capture a program, camera ISOs, or create clean mezzanine files in ProRes, DNx, and HEVC. Whether in a truck control room, UHD multicam studio, control room, or event environment, it integrates easily thanks to RS-422 control, XLR timecode, and triggering via SDI and timecode. For fast workflows, the 10 Gb/s Ethernet and USB-C accelerate offloads, duplication, and media availability.
