The core of BLEASS Saturator is based on 9 types of waveshapers, each offering a different response and harmonic signature. This diversity allows you to choose a soft saturation to thicken an instrument or, conversely, a more cutting distortion for sound destruction effects. It is an ideal tool to quickly switch from simple harmonic enhancement to radical processing without changing plugins.

Multiband drive: precision and control in the low end

The multi-band drive function allows you to apply saturation differently according to frequency bands. You can thus boost the harmonics of a bass to make it audible on small systems while preserving the roundness of the sub. On a drum loop, this frequency zone control helps reinforce attack and presence without turning the whole into indistinct noise.

LFO modulation: movement in distortion

With LFO modulation, BLEASS Saturator is not limited to a static effect. You can vary the amount or behavior of saturation over time to create groove, breathing, or evolving effects. On a pad, this can add organic instability; on a lead, it can produce aggressive tempo-synced variations for a livelier result.

The integrated bit crusher adds a rawer digital dimension, perfect for lo-fi, glitch, chiptune aesthetics, or simply to dirty a track in a controlled way. Combined with waveshaping, it allows for complex textures: resolution reduction, roughness, and metallic harmonics, all while maintaining a coherent workflow.
