Thanks to its headphone output, it is perfectly suited to silent practice in an apartment, while travelling or backstage. The built-in loudspeaker, meanwhile, allows you to play immediately without an external speaker. This instrument naturally fits into pop, electronic music, French variété, world music, jazz fusion and computer-assisted music creation projects.

Expressive playing through breath, dynamics and built-in sounds

Unlike an acoustic instrument, the Digital Wind Instrument Plus does not produce sound through a bore or bell: it translates the musician’s breath and fingering into digital data. Three-level adjustable breath sensitivity helps adapt the instrument’s response to playing intensity. The four air-pressure curves allow you to fine-tune how volume and expression respond to your breath.

The 20 built-in sounds provide an immediate palette for playing without additional equipment. The reverb adds space and depth to the sound, while portamento modulation creates a gliding transition between notes, particularly useful for modern or synthetic phrasing. The two octave shifts and transposition over 12 semitones up or down make it easier to adapt to different ranges and keys.

The removable silicone mouthpiece provides greater comfort in the mouth and simplifies routine maintenance. Its understated Black finishing highlights its contemporary aesthetic, while its compact dimensions of 432 mm in height make it easy to carry in the supplied soft case.
