The torrefied solid Sitka spruce top provides attack, clarity, and precision, with a "broken-in" feel: the guitar responds quickly, even with a light attack, and gains presence in the harmonics. The solid mahogany back and sides enhance warmth and midrange clarity, highly appreciated for bringing out rhythmic playing and complex voicings. The ebony fingerboard/bridge pair promotes a clear response and good sustain, while the bone nuts contribute to a more direct transmission of vibrations.
