Cort SPACE: A Modern Approach, True to the Brand's Expertise

For over 60 years, Cort has established itself with instruments offering exceptional value for money. The SPACE G6MS fits within this philosophy with a very contemporary approach: headless format, new visual identity (next-generation logo), and a design tailored for demanding guitarists seeking a high-performance, versatile, and easy-to-transport instrument.

For Which Guitarists and Styles?

The Cort SPACE G6MS is primarily aimed at intermediate to advanced guitarists looking for comfort and precision on fast runs, extended chords, and tight rhythms. Its multiscale DNA and 24 frets make it particularly well-suited for modern metal, prog, djent, heavy rock, as well as fusion whenever a clear attack and excellent note-to-note clarity are desired.

Sound

The okoumé body provides a lively and balanced response, ideal for maintaining clarity under saturation while retaining body in the low mids. The 5-piece neck (torrefied maple and walnut) enhances stability and note sustain, while the torrefied maple fingerboard promotes a crisp and precise attack. The two Cort Voiced Tone VTH77 humbuckers, paired with a 5-position selector, allow quick variation of textures, from dense and powerful tones to more refined and articulated combinations, with simple and effective control via 1 volume and 1 tone.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

To maintain the original feel and balance, you can consider a replacement set of D'Addario EXL110 strings (the factory-installed reference). A standard guitar strap will be suitable for standing play, and the included gig bag is ideal for travel and rehearsals.
