An "accessible" classic to secure sound production
Designed to offer excellent value for money, the Rico ligature relies on an effective tightening mechanism and immediate handling. Its four-point principle helps stabilize the reed and promotes regular vibration, useful for gaining playing comfort from the very first minutes.
For which musician and usage?
This ligature is aimed at beginner to intermediate musicians seeking a reliable solution, but it also works well as a backup ligature for more advanced players. It meets the needs of daily practice (studies, wind orchestra, jazz, pop), with constant tightening that is easy to adjust.
Sound and design
The distributed tightening contributes to an easier sound production and a homogeneous response, particularly appreciated in attacks and register changes. The nickel plating provides a solid feel and good resistance, while the reversed two-screw design favors stability and simplicity of adjustment.
Recommended compatible accessories
No additional accessories are recommended here, as compatibility depends on the mouthpiece and the instrument (ligature dimensions and format).
