Duesenberg Starplayer CBR Hanover Gold Limited + case

"Hanover Gold": a 2026 Limited Series with a strong character

With "Hanover Gold," the brand highlights a 2026 limited series centered around iconic models, including the Starplayer CBR. Here, the visual identity goes beyond a simple color: the gold finish with metallic particles is handcrafted to offer a naturally aged appearance, like an already well-played instrument. The matte black back reinforces this choice by creating a sharp contrast: spectacular under the spotlight, refined up close, and immediately recognizable.

For whom and in which styles?

This Starplayer CBR Hanover Gold Limited is primarily aimed at the intermediate to advanced guitarist seeking an expressive electric guitar that stands out on stage and is impeccable in terms of finish. It perfectly supports pick playing, dynamic chords, riffs, lead parts, and precise arrangements. The tremola adds an extra dimension for subtle vibratos, pitch nuances, and more pronounced effects, while maintaining a musical and controlled approach.

Sound

More than just a "showcase guitar," this edition is designed for feeling and expressiveness. The New Sapphire Deluxe Tremola enables smooth vibrato, useful for enriching a chord, animating a sustained note, or adding signature to a melodic phrase. With careful setup (action, intonation, string height), the instrument finely responds to variations in attack and dynamics, both in the studio and live, highlighting interpretative details.
