A High-End Dreadnought Designed for Modern Acoustic Playing

With its thermo-cured top (Thermo Cure) and meticulous craftsmanship, the E20D-TC-LSH targets the rich, mature acoustic sound sought by discerning guitarists. Its dreadnought shape and hand-scalloped X bracing enhance volume reserve and responsiveness, while the noble tonewoods (solid Adirondack spruce, solid rosewood, ebony) position this model clearly towards performance and character.

For Which Guitarists and Styles?

This acoustic guitar is aimed at intermediate to advanced players who want an expressive dreadnought capable of handling energetic pick playing as well as revealing fingerstyle nuances. It excels in folk, bluegrass, country, acoustic pop, and vocal accompaniment, thanks to its projection and harmonic balance.

Sound Characteristics

The solid Adirondack spruce thermo-cured top delivers a lively response, a wide dynamic range, and a more immediate "breaking-in" feel: the attack is precise, the sound opens easily and maintains its integrity when played loudly. The solid rosewood back and sides add depth in the lows, rich harmonics, and pronounced sustain, ideal for open chords and arpeggiated passages. The hand-scalloped X bracing supports the typical dreadnought projection with good note-to-note definition. Finally, the combination of bone nut and saddle and the ebony bridge promote clarity, attack, and intonation stability.

Recommended Compatible Accessories

To stay as close as possible to the original feel and balance, choose a set of Phosphor Bronze acoustic strings in .012 - .053 gauge (identical to the factory setup). The hard case is included for transport and protection.
