What Ultra Essentials Bundle Is For
Ultra Essentials Bundle is a comprehensive toolbox for modern music production: clean, shape, and stabilize your tracks with a high-end channel strip, create realistic or spectacular spaces with a reverb rich in algorithms, and add movement thanks to a multi-tap capable of ranging from rhythmic delay to textures close to reverb. Whether you work in mixing, recording, live sound, or post-production, this trio helps you save time while opening a wide creative field.
Main Features
UltraChannel: complete and routable channel strip
UltraChannel brings together the essential building blocks of professional track processing: parametric EQ, compression, gate, soft saturation, transformer emulation, micro pitch shift, and stereo delays. Its "all-in-one" approach makes it a natural choice to quickly lay down a solid foundation on vocals, bass, guitar, or a bus, then refine the character without multiplying plug-in instances.
Thanks to the FlexiPath routing, you can rearrange the order of modules according to your method (for example, compress before EQ, or conversely correct the tone before controlling dynamics). You also have the O-pressor, designed to go beyond simple compression and generate more pronounced dynamic effects. UltraChannel also includes over 200 presets suited to many production contexts.
UltraTap: multi-tap, rhythms, textures, and modulations
UltraTap is a multi-tap effect designed to build rhythmic delays, "glitch" effects, wide volume swells, and expressive modulations. It excels at creating drum fills, thickening a vocal like chorus, swelling guitar chords, or animating a synth with evolving repetitions.
Two signature controls quickly shape the movement: Spread adjusts the rhythmic spacing between taps (tighter or wider), while Slurm allows you to "blend" taps together or modulate them to achieve hybrid textures, on the edge between delay and experimental reverb.
UltraReverb: hardware-inspired algorithms and integrated processing
UltraReverb features 9 reverb algorithms derived from the H8000 hardware, covering realistic simulations (halls, chambers, rooms, plates, ambience) as well as more extreme and "other-worldly" environments. It is an ideal tool to place your sources in a believable space, but also to create cinematic soundscapes, huge reverb tails, or stylized atmospheres.
For precise control over the sound, UltraReverb integrates a processing section including 4 parametric EQs, compression, and delay, with the possibility to route these processes before or after the reverb. With over 300 presets, you have a very broad base to quickly move from a discreet space to a strong sonic signature.

Questions frequently asked
What processors are included in the Eventide Ultra Essentials Pack?
The pack includes UltraChannel, UltraTap, and UltraReverb. It covers dynamic and EQ processing, multi-tap delays, and 9 reverb algorithms derived from the H8000.
Can the effect order be changed in UltraChannel?
With FlexiPath routing, the order of modules can be rearranged, for example by placing compression before or after EQ. UltraChannel also features gate, soft saturation, transformer emulation, micro pitch shift, and stereo delays.
Does UltraTap allow creation of rhythmic delays for drums and synths?
Its Spread and Slurm controls adjust tap spacing and blending/modulation respectively. Drum fills, evolving synth repeats, and volume swells can thus be created from the multi-tap processing.
How many presets are available in this Eventide pack?
Over 200 presets are provided in UltraChannel and more than 300 in UltraReverb. These libraries notably include track processing settings and reverb spaces.
How can sound be processed before or after reverb with UltraReverb?
The integrated section includes 4 parametric EQ bands, compression, and delay. These processors can be routed before or after the reverb to affect the input signal or the reverb tail. The plug-in offers hall, chamber, room, plate, and ambience algorithms.
