The sound

The solid Sitka spruce top provides clarity, precise attack, and beautiful dynamics, while the hollow body and bracing enhance resonance and an "acoustic" feel under the fingers. The pickup duo is the heart of the concept: the Fishman piezo delivers a detailed acoustic image (brightness, articulation, percussiveness), and the Fender Acoustasonic Shawbucker offers a more "amp-like" foundation, denser, with the quiet output typical of a humbucker.
