This electric bass is aimed at intermediate to advanced bassists who want a versatile instrument capable of covering a wide repertoire. The single coil at the neck provides the attack and definition useful in funk, pop, indie, and soul, while the humbucker at the bridge enhances thickness for rock, metal, or contexts where the bass needs to remain very present in the mix. The 2-volume electronics also facilitate fine blending of pickups to adapt to your playing style (fingers, pick, slap).

The alder body is a classic for a reason: it offers a natural balance between lows, mids, and highs, with a consistent response that handles dynamic variations well. The Seymour Duncan SMB-4d in the bridge position adds body and better control of the low end, with the possibility via the push-pull (series/parallel) to switch from a tighter, punchier tone to a more open and defined response.
