Historical Context and Positioning in the Range
At Fishman, the Loudbox series has established itself as a standard for amplifying acoustic instruments with a "faithful" approach: lots of definition, effective equalization, and connectivity designed for live use. The Loudbox Mini Charge carries forward the "mini" spirit (easy to transport, simple to use) while adding essentials for mobile musicians: battery power and Bluetooth audio playback. It positions itself as an all-in-one solution for the singer-guitarist who wants clean amplification without dependence on mains power.
Who This Amp Is For
The Fishman Loudbox Mini Charge is primarily aimed at the singer-guitarist playing electro-acoustic (or other amplified acoustic instruments) who wants a coherent system for vocals. Its size and power make it an excellent choice for home use (sound and nuance work), rehearsals, small stages, events, coffeehouse gigs, as well as outdoor or on-the-go performances where power outlets are not guaranteed. Musically, it excels in genres where clarity and intelligibility matter: folk, acoustic pop, blues, country, chanson, worship, guitar/vocal duos, and generally "unplugged" sets.
