A minimalist clean booster, designed as a modern "always-on"

In the large family of guitar boosts, the ATOMO Boost belongs to the transparent boosters: the idea is not to add a marked EQ, but to respect the tone of your instrument and the character of your amp. Its "one knob, zero distraction" philosophy makes it a trusted tool: you activate it when you need to cut through the mix, and then you forget about it... until you realize everything sounds clearer, stronger, and more alive.

Who is the ATOMO Boost for and when to use it?

The ATOMO Boost is an ideal pedal for guitarists (and bassists) who want a clean gain without excessive compression or obvious coloration. It suits beginners looking for a simple pedal to increase volume for solos, as well as demanding musicians who want a reliable boost in studio and live settings.
It naturally fits into blues, rock, pop, indie, funk, jazz genres, and even heavier setups (hard rock/metal) to push an amp's input or "tighten" a distortion placed afterward. It is also an excellent solution to restore definition to a loaded pedalboard: buffers, long cables, multiple true bypass pedals... all situations where a signal can lose presence.

Single control, headroom, and integration on your pedalboard

The interface goes straight to the point: a single level potentiometer. Set fully left, the ATOMO Boost passes in unity gain and functions as a buffer: you keep the original volume, with a feeling of a tighter signal, particularly useful before a long pedal chain or a long cable to the amp.
Increasing the control progressively unlocks up to +25 dB of boost: perfect to highlight a passage, add more attack, or send more level into an amp/pedal input stage to achieve a more responsive overdrive. Its 9 to 18 V DC power supply allows you to increase the headroom reserve depending on your setup (notably with high-output pickups). Ergonomically, the power input is on top, and the audio jacks are on the sides (input on the right, output on the left) for clear pedalboard integration.

Sound signature

The ATOMO Boost's sonic signature is characterized by transparency and a sensation of clean gain: you hear "more" of your guitar and amp rather than an effect. At low settings, it adds that extra presence and definition that helps a clean sound settle better in the mix. Raising the level makes the attack more pronounced, notes clearer, and your amp can more easily enter natural saturation if pushed. Used as a unity gain buffer, it primarily aims to preserve the signal: less brightness loss, dynamics that remain under your fingers, and better consistency from one spot on the pedalboard to another.
