A "Gene-Reviewed" EB-0: The 1959 Spirit, Stage-Ready
Gene Simmons long played a heavily modified 1959 EB-0: neck redesigned with a custom profile, pickup replaced and especially repositioned much closer to the bridge, addition of a custom pickguard, binding, Grover tuners, and a high-mass bridge. The Gibson Custom Gene Simmons EB-0 incorporates these aesthetic and functional choices with a Custom Shop approach, in a model designed to recapture the look and feel of the iconic instrument seen on stage and television during the "classic KISS" era.
