The NAP20b is a performance-oriented head for percussionists seeking reliable mounting on large drums, with a design focused on durability and consistent response in highly dynamic settings.
Who This Drum/Instrument Is For
This head is intended for both intermediate and advanced musicians playing in bloco, samba schools, or stage ensembles. It is particularly suitable for Brazilian styles where impact, projection, and sustain are essential.
Features and Innovations
Its double Napa construction enhances resistance to repeated strikes and helps stabilize the head's behavior: an asset for maintaining consistent tuning and a clear attack on surdo or zabumba.
