Sound

The Super 58 humbuckers deliver moderate output with a warm and balanced tone: rounded lows, singing mids, soft yet defined highs. The 3-position selector and the pair of 2 volume / 2 tone controls offer a wide palette, from muted jazz tones in the neck position to bluesy/rock crunch in the bridge position. The flamed maple semi-hollow body adds air and resonance, while the Macassar ebony enhances attack and sustain for precise phrasing.
