The three master volume settings "Home / Studio / Stage" allow adapting the headroom and feel under the fingers depending on the context, without losing the amp's identity.

Channels, controls and features: the essentials plus the right extras

The preamp offers two vintage-voiced channels: Clean for full, responsive clean tones, and Overdrive for gradually thickening crunch. A dedicated Boost on the Overdrive adds a third, more biting voice for solos and heavier riffs. The 3-band passive EQ works like the classics: musical, effective, and ideal for sculpting the mids to find your place in a mix.

On the integration side, the serial effects loop facilitates the use of delay and reverb pedals, and the balanced recording output with speaker simulation allows capturing a coherent sound quickly, handy for home studios or direct recording. The sound

The Classictone II is an all-tube Class A amp based on EL84 tubes, a recipe known for its singing quality, natural compression, and harmonics that "bloom" as you push the power stage. The clean remains lively and detailed, with great response to nuances (right hand, guitar volume, single-coils or humbuckers). In crunch, you get a very organic vintage grain, with present mids and a top end that retains definition. In overdrive, the saturation stays musical and articulate: perfect for punchy rock, expressive leads, and rhythms that remain clear even when played hard.
