A “Wild” Parlor: the evolution of a committed and innovative series
Launched in 2022 with an initial Travel-size SAUVAGE, the range expanded from 2023 onwards to cover the brand’s most sought-after body shapes. The Lâg Sauvage Parlor embodies this philosophy: FSC-certified materials, a tropicalization process applied to the BrankoWood, and a more environmentally friendly finish. The result is a characterful acoustic guitar with a deliberately raw look, designed to combine luthiery-inspired craftsmanship, organic aesthetics and a responsible approach.
Who is it for, and what styles is it suited to?
Thanks to its Parlor body shape, this acoustic guitar is aimed at motivated beginners as well as intermediate players looking for an expressive instrument that is easy to play and enjoyable to use every day. It excels at fingerstyle, blues, folk, singer-songwriter music and intimate accompaniment. When plugged in, it becomes a reliable tool for live performance, rehearsals or home recording, with quick adjustments and effective frequency control.
The sound
The solid Pale BrankoWood top, produced using a tropicalization process, delivers a clear attack and excellent definition, while maintaining a convincing balance between singing mids and clear highs. The laminated smoked Eucalyptus back and sides enhance stability and contribute to a warm, even tonal signature. The arched back construction supports projection and adds depth to the lower frequencies, giving this Parlor a fuller-than-expected low end and pleasant sustain, ideal for dynamics and arpeggios.
Recommended compatible accessories
As this guitar comes with a padded gig bag, you are already ready for transport. To stay as close as possible to the original string gauge, opt for 12-53 80/20 Bronze acoustic guitar strings, a consistent choice for retaining the instrument’s characteristic balance and attack.
