The Baggs AEG-1 continues Lloyd Baggs' journey as both a luthier and pickup system designer. After years of research into the physics of the acoustic guitar and faithful live amplification, this electro-acoustic embodies an "instrument + electronics" approach developed as a whole: the guitar is adjusted to work in perfect synergy with its pickup system to recreate a credible acoustic feel... once plugged in.

The AEG-1 is aimed at intermediate to advanced guitarists who play amplified and want an immediate, clean, and nuanced sound without struggling against a too-dry "piezo" tone.
