Channel G Compact HD is a "channel strip" type plug-in designed to structure a mix like on a console: cleaning the low and high frequencies with filters, shaping the tone with musical equalization, then controlling dynamics via a compressor/limiter. It naturally integrates into a music production, post-production, or podcast project, from the editing (correction) stage through to the final mix. Its main advantage is to offer consistent, fast, and uniform processing across many tracks, with a sound signature inspired by hardware.

Precise and Versatile Dynamics
The Compressor/Limiter section relies on very high-resolution level detection, which improves dynamic control stability on dense or highly variable signals. The result: more transparent compression on vocals, better bass control, and effective peak management on a drum bus or subgroup master. Additionally, the plug-in allows placing the dynamics before or after the equalization to adapt behavior: compress before the EQ to stabilize the source, or after the EQ to control a more pronounced coloration.
