Ovation celebrity cs standard mid cutaway

A Celebrity Designed for the Stage, in the Ovation Spirit

This Celebrity CS Standard carries the Ovation DNA: a classical electro-acoustic guitar designed to be effective plugged in, while maintaining true acoustic playing comfort. Its mid-depth Lyrachord body fits the brand's philosophy, known for robust, practical instruments that perform very well in live conditions, with a sober and versatile Black finish.

For Which Guitarist and Styles?

With its classic neck profile and standard scale length, this guitar is suitable for both motivated beginners and intermediate guitarists seeking a reliable electro-acoustic nylon. It is perfect for classical, Latin music, fingerstyle, vocal accompaniment, as well as band settings where a precise and controlled amplified sound is needed.

Sound

The solid cedar top provides a soft attack and warm tone, very pleasant for dynamics and fingerstyle playing. The fan bracing promotes good responsiveness and even projection, while the mid-depth body offers an interesting compromise: enough body to support the bass frequencies while maintaining a clear and controlled output. When plugged in, the combination of the Ovation Slimline CT-600A pickup and the OP4BT preamp helps achieve a clear signal, suitable for PA use, with the practical advantage of the built-in tuner.
