What Polyverse Gatekeeper Is For

Gatekeeper is a volume modulation plugin designed for trance gating, sidechain-style ducking, rhythmic chopping effects, sculpted LFOs, and precise automation. In production, mixing, or sound design, it transforms any source (drums, basses, pads, vocals, FX) into dynamic, syncopated textures perfectly locked to the tempo, while remaining musical thanks to its intelligent smoothing.

Sample-accurate modulation and musical smoothing

Gatekeeper's ultra-fast response enables zero-latency transitions and percussive peaks, while the smoothing algorithm eliminates clicks and artifacts. The Boost and Clip functions add bite without losing dynamic control.

Advanced envelopes and extended sequencing

Draw your curves with 31 envelope brushes, 4 copy slots, and up to 1024 nodes for extremely detailed patterns. Create sequences up to 20 hours long, host-synced, for evolving and cinematic patterns.

MIDI and CV control at the heart of your setup

Trigger each envelope via MIDI, map controllers, send MIDI CC to other plugins or devices, and control your Eurorack via the CV output. Gatekeeper becomes a true modulation hub between your DAW, virtual instruments, and hardware.
