The Line Array 2+1 Format: "Large Scale" Spirit in a Compact System
The Line Array principle has become standard in sound reinforcement to better control projection and clarity at a distance, especially in lively venues and events. This system adopts this approach via two satellites dedicated to mid/high frequencies, combined with a 15'' subwoofer : a 2+1 configuration designed to combine impact in the low spectrum with clarity on vocals and instruments.
Ideal Uses for This System
This system is aimed at mobile DJs, small to medium-sized bands, event performances, bars, multipurpose rooms, dance/fitness classes, as well as conferences requiring good intelligibility. The two microphone inputs with volume and echo control facilitate hosting, while connectivity (RCA, 3.5mm stereo AUX, USB/SD/Bluetooth) allows seamless source switching without additional devices.
Features and Control: A Ready-to-Play Sound System
Sound Dispersion and Bass Management
The adjustable crossover (40Hz - 160Hz) allows adapting the sub/satellite crossover point according to the room and music style. To optimize alignment in the venue, the Sub Phase button (0deg/180deg) helps achieve cleaner bass depending on subwoofer placement. The Mono/Stereo selector simplifies integration into different scenarios (single source, mix, wide dispersion).
Mixing, Safety, and Ease of Use
The system includes a limiter to secure operation at high levels. The separate volume controls (subwoofer, full system, and multimedia player) enable quick balancing without wasting time on the front panel, and the Mix Out outputs facilitate sending the signal to another sound system or recorder.
Integrated Multimedia Player and Connectivity
The built-in player supports MP3 and media from USB and SD, while offering Bluetooth and TWS for wireless use. Ideal for playlists, music breaks, or a simple solution during performances, while retaining classic audio inputs for a mixer, DJ controller, or computer.

Questions frequently asked
Is the POWER ACOUSTICS Impact Array 915 suitable for a mobile DJ or a small band?
This 2+1 setup combines a 15-inch 600 W RMS subwoofer with two 100 W satellites. It is ideal for mobile DJs, small to medium-sized bands, and event performances.
What power and sound level does this system deliver?
The subwoofer houses a 600 W RMS amplifier, while each satellite is rated at 100 W. The maximum SPL reaches 122 dB, with a sensitivity of 98 dB.
Can two microphones be connected to this sound system?
Two combo mic inputs with XLR/6.35 mm jack connectors are integrated, each with volume and echo control.
How to connect a DJ controller, a computer, or wireless music?
Wired sources can be connected via two female XLR inputs, RCA, or a stereo 3.5 mm mini-jack AUX input. The media player supports MP3 files from USB and SD card, as well as Bluetooth and TWS. Two Mix Out outputs on male XLRs allow sending the mix to another system or a recorder.
Are the subwoofer crossover and phase adjustable?
An adjustable crossover from 40 to 160 Hz allows setting the transition between the subwoofer and satellites. The 0°/180° phase switch helps adapt bass response based on subwoofer placement.
