PRS SE Ce24 Standard Satin Stoptail Ice Blue Metallic

The CE PRS philosophy in the SE range

Designed to make the PRS DNA more accessible, the SE CE 24 Standard Stoptail captures the spirit of the bolt-on CE models while remaining affordable. It features the sculpted "Shallow Violin" top, the iconic "Old School Birds" inlays and PRS's refined aesthetics, making it a reliable, modern guitar ready for intensive playing.

Which musicians and styles is it suited to?

With its 24 frets, Wide Thin neck profile and versatile electronics, this CE 24 is aimed at ambitious beginners as well as intermediate and advanced guitarists. Rock, pop, blues, funk, indie or classic metal: it covers a broad range, from precise rhythm playing to expressive leads, without sacrificing comfort.

The sound

The mahogany body delivers warmth and singing mids, while the bolt-on maple neck adds brightness and responsiveness. The pair of 85/15 "S" humbuckers produces a modern, precise and articulate tone. The tone control's push/pull splits the coils for more crystalline textures, ideal for arpeggios and funk. The fixed Stoptail bridge, combined with brass inserts, promotes sustain, accurate intonation and a crisp attack, making this an instrument that is both musical and reliable.

Recommended compatible accessories

To get the most out of this PRS: a quality 1/4" jack cable, a standard guitar strap, a clip-on tuner, a stable stand, and ball-end electric guitar string sets in 9–42 or 10–46 gauges, depending on your touch. The guitar comes with a gig bag, making it convenient to transport.
