PSP HertzRider 2 is a frequency shifting plug-in designed for modern production, creative mixing, and sound design. Unlike a classic pitch shifter, frequency shifting alters the spectral content of a signal in often more unexpected ways, making it an excellent tool to add movement, depth, or an "alien" character to a sound source.

On inharmonic sounds (such as snare drums, metallic percussion, foley, or impacts), it becomes a powerful ally to retune a pitch, tighten a timbre, or push a resonance toward a more musical area. The algorithm has been optimized, and the plug-in remains designed for simple use with controlled CPU consumption.

Integrated LFO and tempo sync

The LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator) opens the door to lively and musical modulation. You can generate slow, organic oscillations or faster movements to achieve atypical vibrato effects, spectral sweeps, or rhythmic variations that follow your arrangement. The LFO sync mode allows aligning the modulation to note values based on the host tempo, convenient for effects perfectly locked in the groove.

The SideChain Bar facilitates adjustment with a smooth mix between internal and external sources, allowing precise control over how the plug-in follows the signal's energy.
