What Reveal Sound Spire Is Used For
Reveal Sound Spire is a software synthesizer designed to create modern and impactful sounds, ranging from deep basses to aggressive leads, as well as immersive pads, precise plucks, synthetic drums, and effects. Its flexible structure and interface designed for fast production make it a top choice for composing, sound designing, and arranging in current electronic styles, delivering a sound that is dense, clean, and immediately usable in a mix.
Main Features
Powerful synthesis engine and flexible architecture
Spire relies on 4 multimode oscillators capable of switching between characters to layer rich timbres without complicating the workflow. The modes include Classic, Noise, FM, AMSync, SawPWM, HardFM, and Vowel, covering both analog textures and more digital and vocal colors.
Wide unison, chords, and controlled stereo
The unison section offers up to 9 voices per oscillator, with the ability to extend voices into chords and octaves. Spire can emulate different types of unison typical of EDM productions, such as supersaw and hypersaw sounds, for wide stacks, massive drops, and pads that fill the space.
Dual filters and sonic signatures
Two multimode filters can be combined to precisely sculpt the spectrum. Spire offers analog and digital filter types, with characters named Perfecto, Infecto, Acido, Scorpio, Combo, and Shaper, useful for shifting from musical softness to more biting saturation depending on the style.
Modulations, macros, and integrated effects
For animation, Spire includes 4 envelopes, 4 morphing-shape LFOs, 4 macros, and 4 targets to quickly assign essential movements (cutoff, pitch, drive, FX). The effects section includes Shaper/Decimator, Phaser/Vowel, Chorus/Flanger, Delay, and Reverb, allowing you to go from a raw sound to a ready-to-record output without multiplying plugins.

Questions frequently asked
Is Reveal Sound Spire compatible with Mac and Windows?
The software runs on macOS 10.15 or later, as well as on Windows 7 with the latest updates or later.
How many presets are included in Spire?
The factory library contains over 900 presets. It includes complex arpeggios, bass sequences, leads, pads, plucks, drums, and effects.
Can wide supersaws be created with this synth?
Each oscillator can use up to 9 voices of unison, with spread in chords and octaves. This architecture allows building supersaw and hypersaw stacks.
What types of oscillators are offered?
The 4 polymorphing multimode oscillators offer Classic, Noise, FM, AMSync, SawPWM, HardFM, and Vowel modes. These cover analog, digital, and vocal timbres.
What effects and modulations are integrated?
The modulation section includes 4 envelopes, 4 morphing waveform LFOs, 4 macros, and 4 targets. Built-in effects include Shaper/Decimator, Phaser/Vowel, Chorus/Flanger, Delay, and Reverb. Two multimode filters—types Perfecto, Infecto, Acido, Scorpio, Combo, or Shaper—complete the sound shaping.
