Historical Context and Positioning Within the Range
Rohema Percussion is a family business specializing in the manufacture of drumsticks and percussion instruments since 1888. This longevity is rooted in a craft tradition where wood selection, dimensional consistency, and finish quality play a central role. Within the Rohema range, these varnished maple drumsticks are positioned as a reliable option for drummers seeking a smooth feel and dynamic response, with European manufacturing known for its consistency.
Who This Drumstick/Instrument Is For
These drumsticks are particularly suited for beginner to intermediate drummers who want a comfortable model that is easy to control, but they remain equally relevant for experienced musicians looking for a lighter touch. Maple is often appreciated in contexts where nuance and precision are paramount: pop, jazz, funk, variety, studio work, rehearsals at controlled volume, or cleaner playing on cymbals and snare drum.
