A Long, Responsive Stick for Expressive Playing
The Rohema Christian Lillinger Plaist Stick drumsticks were developed to meet the demands of dynamic, detailed playing with a strong focus on finger technique. Their profile offers the balance of a 7A while featuring a length of 414 mm, ideal for increased leverage and naturally executing wide movements.
Their thin shoulder, which tapers quickly, is inspired by vintage sticks from the 1950s and 1960s. This design promotes a smooth, comfortable rebound while retaining excellent freedom of movement. The Acorn tip, larger than that of a traditional stick, increases the striking surface to produce a more pronounced and consistent sound.
Thanks to their selection of lightweight hickory and lacquered finishing, these sticks combine playing comfort, control and projection. They are particularly well suited to drummers seeking a lively response for contemporary jazz, improvised music or styles requiring highly precise articulation.
