The FANTOM-07 continues the legacy of Roland workstations, carrying the sonic DNA of the FANTOM series in a lightweight 76-note format. Thanks to downloadable expansions via Roland Cloud, it evolves alongside your setup while remaining compatible with scenes/sounds from the FANTOM-6/7/8 (playback of enabled functions only).

Is the Roland FANTOM-07 suitable for live performance with multiple sounds?
Its 16 internal and external zones allow controlling several parts within a single scene. The Tone Remain function holds up to 8 zones during changes, with Scene Remain enabled. This function does not apply to the VTW organ.
What sounds and expansions are available on this keyboard?
ZEN-Core synthesis is combined with SuperNATURAL Acoustic sounds, preloaded acoustic and electric pianos, as well as the VTW organ. More than 3,500 tones and over 90 drum kits are included. EXZ, EXSN, and EXM expansions are downloaded via Roland Cloud and then installed via USB drive.
Can samples be recorded and WAV files imported into the FANTOM-07?
The keyboard sampler accepts WAV and AIFF files at 16 or 24 bits, 44.1 or 48 kHz. Up to 2,048 samples and 128 multi-samples can be managed, with a maximum sample length of 2 minutes 44 seconds each. The 4x4 sampler PAD provides up to 60 minutes of sampling.
What sequencer is built in?
A 16-track sequencer records patterns up to 32 bars in length in real-time, step mode, or TR-REC. Editing includes a tactile piano-roll with automation and a microscope editor.
What studio connectivity does this 76-key workstation offer?
The USB audio interface operates at 24-bit/96 kHz for DAW integration. It features MAIN and SUB outputs, mic/line inputs, as well as MIDI and USB connections.
