Produced in only 135 units (combined 4 and 5-string), it combines modern luthiery, selected woods, and meticulous finishing for a bass as reliable over time as it is desirable from the first touch.

The Sound

The okoumé body favors a warm midrange register while keeping the weight manageable, whereas the padauk top adds attack, presence, and very clear note definition. The roasted maple neck enhances stability and response precision, and the Madagascar rosewood fingerboard rounds off the upper spectrum for a natural, never harsh, voice. The J "stacked" neck pickup delivers a full and silky noiseless Jazz-type tone, while the M Alnico V humbucker at the bridge provides focus, punch, and articulation. The 2-band preamp (bass/treble boost) immediately sculpts the foundation and brightness, and the VTC allows subtle high-end roll-off; the push/pull bypasses the preamp for a more organic response. With its 34" / 864 mm scale length, the B string remains firm with generous sustain.
