Schecter C-6 Deluxe Satin White - Refurbished

A True Gateway into the Diamond Series

The C-6 Deluxe occupies a strategic position in the Schecter lineup: it adopts the aggressive visual cues and playing comfort that have made the brand renowned, while remaining accessible. The Deluxe series was specifically designed to offer a serious instrument at an affordable price, without sacrificing ergonomics or the feeling of quality in the hands.

Here, we find the Schecter spirit in a direct, effective version with no unnecessary complications. This guitar offers an excellent way to discover the brand, with a solid foundation: good playability, simple yet proven construction, and electronics geared toward impact and efficiency.

Which Guitarists and Musical Styles Is It Suited For?

This Schecter is particularly aimed at demanding beginners, developing guitarists, and those looking for a reliable second electric guitar for rehearsals or everyday practice. Its comfortable neck and easy upper-fret access thanks to the 24 frets make it an enjoyable model for learning proper technique, working on tight riffs, or developing a more technical playing style.

In terms of styles, the C-6 Deluxe is naturally at home in rock, hard rock, metal, punk, and any genre requiring presence, bite, and a healthy output level. It can also suit more understated styles when using the pickup selector and tone control, but its clear strength remains energetic, modern playing.

A Tight, Powerful and Versatile Tone

The basswood body delivers a balanced response, with well-defined mids and a sharp attack. Combined with the bolt-on maple neck, it provides a responsive, clear, and precise feel, particularly well suited to hard-hitting rhythm playing, palm muting, and parts that require clarity under high-gain distortion.

The two Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers reinforce this tonal character with generous output, solid low end, and sufficiently defined highs to retain clarity with distorted tones. The 3-way selector allows you to switch from a rounder neck pickup sound to a more incisive bridge pickup tone, while the middle position provides an interesting compromise for broad rhythm parts.

The Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through-body construction also contributes to the instrument's character. It promotes reliable tuning stability, a firmer attack, and convincing sustain for this category. The 14" / 355 mm radius and Narrow X-Jumbo frets complete the package with a modern playing feel, designed for bends, solos, and contemporary techniques.
