A Performance-Oriented Capsule, in the Spirit of Stage Standards
This microphone head follows the logic of "live" capsules: prioritizing durability, ease of use, and focused sound capture on the source. It provides a practical solution to replace an existing capsule or adapt your compatible handheld transmitter for a more directional use.
For Whom and in What Applications?
Ideal for singers, speakers, and hosts seeking a tighter pickup than a cardioid capsule, especially on noisy sets or when stage monitors and instruments are close by. The supercardioid directivity helps maintain a present and clear voice, provided the singing axis remains steady facing the capsule.
Supercardioid Directivity: Precision and Control in Live Conditions
The supercardioid pattern favors frontal sound capture and further reduces side sounds. You gain control, which can help manage feedback and improve intelligibility, particularly in close sound reinforcement.
