Historical Context and Positioning in the Range
Developed in collaboration with Robert Keeley (Keeley Electronics), the Supro Keeley Custom 12 continues the legacy of the Custom 10, pushing further the idea of a Supro combo designed to naturally integrate a pedalboard. While some amps prioritize channels and built-in effects, this model focuses on a simple and effective architecture (1 channel, 2-band EQ, master) to place your pedals at the center of the sound, while retaining the Supro personality: present mids and a very "touch sensitive" response.
Who This Amp Is For
This combo is tailored for the intermediate to advanced guitarist who builds their tone with pedals and wants a responsive tube foundation without unnecessary complexity. In the studio, it offers a rich clean sound that's easy to record and perfectly accepts external saturation. In rehearsal and on small to medium stages, its 25W delivers the necessary punch, while the master volume helps adjust the sound level to the situation. Style-wise, it excels in blues, rock, indie, pop, garage, and all aesthetics seeking a lively, articulate amp that "breathes" with the playing and pairs well with gain pedals.

Questions frequently asked
Is the Supro Keeley Custom 12 suitable for a pedalboard?
The effects loop allows placing delays and reverbs after the gain stages. The 2-band Bass/Treble EQ is tuned to maintain clarity when stacking overdrives.
What power and speaker does this combo have?
The amplification delivers 25 W through a single 12-inch Celestion G12M-65 Creamback speaker. This 1x12 configuration provides musical compression on crunch tones while retaining headroom for pedals.
Can one play at moderate volume with this tube amp?
The Master control adjusts the overall level independently of the preamp Volume. It is thus possible to push the preamp for more grit while limiting the sound pressure.
What sound does it produce with humbuckers or single coils?
With single coils, the response remains snappy and expressive. Humbuckers add more body and bite, while the two ECC83 preamp tubes and 6V6 power tubes contribute to the announced warm character.
What speaker outputs are available?
Two 4-ohm outputs and one 8-ohm output are provided. The combo measures 60 x 41 x 27 cm, weighs 19 kg, and no cover is included.
