My opinion is very mixed:
If I had to rate Trevors James, I would put 4 stars, it is a non-instrument that allows you to discover the alto flute alone or in a flute ensemble. Of course we are not at the level of a Sankio or a Myazawa but it is not the same price either. So for an entry level it's very good (largely at the level of Pearl and Jupiter).
If I were to rate Woodbrass the the balance sheet is much more mixed. Certainly I took advantage of an attractive price. But one of the straps on the case arrived broken. I did not want to return the flute for a simple story of a manned cover. I contacted the after-sales service and the only thing they offered me was to return the cover. Impossible to make them understand that transporting the flute without a suitable cover would risk damaging the case or even the flute more than what the case was inhabited by, and therefore that it is impossible for me to return the bag without having another one.
