Historical Context and Positioning in the Range
With the amPlug 3, VOX evolves its classic "plug-in" format designed for headphone practice with authentic amp character. This third generation stands as the most refined version: reworked analog circuitry to better capture the compression and harmonics of tube models, stereo effects, and the addition of a drum machine across the entire series. Within the amPlug 3 range, the AC30 variant is the obvious choice for those seeking the iconic British tone-clear and biting.Who This Amp Is For
The VOX amPlug 3 AC30 is aimed at guitarists of all levels, from beginners wanting an instantly inspiring sound to experienced musicians needing a silent, quick-to-use solution. It's ideal for home, travel, backstage, or warming up before rehearsals. Style-wise, it excels in pop, vintage rock, indie, surf, and blues thanks to its crystalline cleans and dynamic "Top Boost" style crunch.Technical specifications
