The signature features include brass frets, a 2-piece bridge, and an adjustable Just-A-Nut III nut for exemplary assembly precision and increased longevity.

Its fast response and firm low end suit rock, funk, and slap techniques, while the ebony articulation provides the definition expected in fusion, pop, gospel, or metal. The sound

Swamp ash delivers solid lows and clear highs, while the ebony top adds attack and precision. The bolt-on maple/ekanga neck promotes snap and stability, and the tiger ebony fingerboard tightens the focus of the midrange. Jumbo brass frets provide subtle brightness and excellent durability. The two MEC MM-style pickups (humbucker type) deliver a muscular character, from growl to crisp slap. The passive electronics and separate Volume/Tone controls per pickup enable textures ranging from warm vintage tones to more percussive timbres, with sustain enhanced by the 2-piece bridge. Scale length is 34" / 864 mm with a flat 20" / 508 mm radius for modern, consistent playability across 24 frets.

Recommended compatible accessories

To maintain the original feel and balance, use a 4-string long scale .045-.105 nickel steel string set, perfectly suited to the 34" scale length.
