The Sound

The alder body (3-piece) provides a very musical balance: present mids, clear attack, and good definition in a band context. The maple neck and fingerboard enhance snap and precision, ideal for clean rhythms, funk chops, and detailed arpeggios. The neck humbucker Reflectone EH7n delivers a thicker, more comfortable tone, while the bridge single coil Reflectone HT7b favors brightness and bite. On the controls side, the Master Volume with hi-pass capacitor helps maintain clarity when lowering volume, and the Focus Switch (push-pull on the tone) thickens the bridge pickup's register to shift from a cutting sound to a fuller, more "lead" tone.
