A 70 V / 100 V solution designed for installed sound
The ART HVA4 follows the logic of 70 V / 100 V Public Address line systems, a long-established standard for public venues (retail stores, workspaces, schools, multipurpose rooms) where reliable, scalable multi-zone sound distribution is required. In this type of installation, the goal is not only power, but above all stability, easy wiring and the ability to operate for long hours without intervention. With its Class D amplification and 1U rack format (44 mm in height), the HVA4 is designed for quick integration into a technical rack, while maintaining consistent audio performance for speech and background music.
Who is it for, and what is it used for?
The HVA4 is intended for integrators, technicians and operators who need a line amplifier to power a 70 V or 100 V loudspeaker network, with direct control and no software complexity. It is well suited to sound reinforcement for multiple zones, managing separate input levels and ensuring reliable operation through comprehensive protection circuits. Its 120 Hz to 17 kHz bandwidth (at minus 3 dB) makes it primarily suited to speech, announcements and background music distribution, where intelligibility and consistency take priority over low-frequency extension.
