A multi-effects unit for the stage, home studio and headphone sessions
The Audota ACE-100 is designed for guitarists who want to combine virtual amplification, cabinet simulation and effects in a single device. Its 322 mm width and 573 g weight make it easy to transport between home, rehearsals and concerts. It is equally suited to musicians discovering modelling and guitarists accustomed to preparing several sound setups.
To move from a clean sound to overdrive, then to a texture enriched with Delay and reverb, LivePreset mode prioritizes quick access to your setups. The linear foot control layout meets the demands of live performance: your sounds remain within easy reach without having to use multiple separate pedals.
For everyday use, the headphone output allows you to work with personal monitoring. In a home studio, the USB-C connection with OTG audio makes direct recording easy. The built-in battery also makes the ACE-100 appealing to mobile musicians and content creators looking to keep their setup to a minimum.
Modelling, third-party IRs and wireless editing for your sound
The sound engine combines 8 amplifier models and 8 cabinet simulations. This foundation can be expanded with 161 built-in effects, arranged across 34 modules. Distortions, modulations, Delays, reverbs and dynamics processing make it possible to prepare anything from a direct rhythm sound to a more carefully crafted setup for melodic parts.
Compatibility with third-party impulse responses provides greater freedom when choosing your cabinet sound. The ACE-100 features 161 IR slots and supports WAV files at 44.1 kHz and 24-bit resolution. You can therefore choose an impulse response suited to your guitar, the amplifier model being used and the position you want in the mix.
Up to 16 custom effects chains are supported, with the option to integrate third-party IRs into your setups. Four operating modes allow you to adapt the multi-effects unit to the needs of your performance, while LivePreset mode focuses on instantly recalling sounds during a performance.
Editing can be carried out wirelessly from a mobile app via Bluetooth 5.0. The ACE-100 is also compatible with editing software for Windows and macOS. Its central USB-C port handles the computer connection, OTG audio, firmware updates and charging: practical connectivity for preparing your sounds as well as recording them.
The sound
Rather than imposing a single sonic color, the Audota ACE-100 offers a palette to shape around the amp-and-cabinet combination. The choice of amplifier model, loudspeaker simulation and IR helps define the tonal balance of each setup. This approach makes it possible to pursue clean sounds, overdriven rhythms or more enveloping atmospheres depending on the selected effects.
Distortions provide a starting point for rock tones and more forceful sounds, while modulations, Delays and reverbs open the door to pop or ambient textures. Dynamics processing completes this palette by allowing you to adjust the signal’s response. The advantage is being able to prepare contrasting sounds in a single device, then recall them easily during rehearsals, on stage or while recording.
