From Zwentendorf to the pedalboard: a signature reverb in the Cornerstone range

The Nucleo is not a "generic" reverb: it is based on Impulse Responses captured inside the Zwentendorf reactor, a place renowned for its monumental resonance. Cornerstone adds a layer of modern digital processing to transform this real acoustics into a creative tool: you start with an organic base, then push the sound towards modulated textures, airy reverb tails, and soundscapes worthy of a film score.

For which musicians and styles?

The Cornerstone Nucleo Stereo Reverb is aimed at musicians who want to make reverb a full-fledged instrument: exploratory guitarists, keyboardists, producers, and sound designers. It excels in ambient, post-rock, shoegaze, and cinematic music, while remaining relevant for thickening a clean sound in pop/rock or adding depth to a studio take.
In live settings, the stereo and presets allow you to switch from a subtle halo to a cathedral of resonance in an instant. In the studio, it becomes a quick solution to lay down a strong spatial identity on guitar, synth, textures, or re-amps.

Controls, modes, and integration: a modern and controllable reverb

The Nucleo offers a straightforward interface centered around musical parameters. The Reactor control adjusts the size of the reverb (the space's scale), while Blend balances the mix between dry signal and effect. You can then fine-tune the response with modulation, pitch, decay, and tone settings to go from a natural and deep reverb to more moving and experimental textures.
The Freeze function is at the heart of the concept: it locks a note or chord to build continuous pads, ideal for introducing a track, filling space between sections, or creating a harmonic bed under a solo. On the practical side, there are two footswitches (Bypass and Freeze), saveable presets, and MIDI compatibility to recall settings and sync your pedal with a controller, switcher, or more complex setup.
Finally, the stereo connectivity (left/right outputs) facilitates integration both on a classic pedalboard and in an effects loop, audio interface, or stereo amp + amp rig.

Sound Character

The Cornerstone Nucleo Stereo Reverb stands out with a deep, wide, and realistic character at its core, then becomes truly creative once modulation and pitch are introduced. The sound retains a sense of "air" and dimension, with a reverb tail that can be both dense and clear: perfect for thickening without drowning, or conversely embracing an immersive aesthetic.
The dynamics remain expressive: playing softly yields elegant depth; playing harder, the space unfolds and becomes a part of the performance. In stereo, the image opens up noticeably, which especially highlights arpeggios, upstream delays, and volume textures.
